PLANNING

Select your desired products from ‘OUR COLLECTION’ that compliment the vision & theme of your event & add them to your cart - then checkout. There is NO PAYMENT at checkout as I manually accept bookings then will send an invoice. You MUST complete the 'Booking Request' for your Booking to progress. If you do not, the booking is void.

BOOKING REQUEST

Complete the 'Booking Request' form with complete detail! It is essential you read and agree to our Term's & Conditions and ensure you complete every question and provide as much detail as possible! (The Booking Form is located at the bottom of this page.)

ACCEPTED BOOKINGS

You will be contacted via the email provided updating you on the status of your Booking Request. If your booking has been accepted, an invoice will be issued and you will have a 96 hr time period to pay a $200 non-refundable security deposit. This is the ONLY way your booking is secured. Payments will not be accepted after this time frame, and the proposed date & time will no longer be held.

EVENT

Leading up to your event you will be contacted at least 1-2 weeks prior re confirming as well as a reminder for balance of payment (due a week before the scheduled event date)

If you have personalised add on's, there will be updates regarding mock ups, colour palette etc.
